Ron has been working with wood as a hobby since he built his first model boat in the 8th grade using hand tools. He finally became serious about woodworking in 1999 when he enrolled in the Cabinet and Furniture Technology school at Palomar. He has completed just about every course offered. His preference is to work with hand tools and although slower than machines, he says it is more satisfying to him. He designs his own pieces and leans toward Danish and contemporary lines in his furniture and boxes.

Maple and Bubinga Jewelry Box

B&J Box is made from figured soft maple and Bubinga. This was just a recent whim to make something to go with the B&J Side Tables.
